Zoe has a long history of passion for both art and people. In her role as a Creative Specialist at Greenfield Creative, she get to use this passion every day.

Living in Sycamore, Illinois, she feels fortunate to be able to witness first-hand the importance of companies and organizations creating ties and long-lasting relationships with customers both inside and outside their communities. Tackling the big challenges head-on is what she loves, and there is little she isn't prepared to do to help her clients.

Animals, art, and coffee are just a few of her favorite things, her cat Peanut being the most favorite. While being young, Zoe is incredibly professional and can speak across and create possitive connections betweem the so-called Millennials and older generations.

Maria measures things in picas, has strong opinions on the Oxford comma (really strong), advocates constantly for the proper use of adverbs, has three daughters, and loves dogs.

After graduating from Northern Illinois University with an M.A. in Communications, Maria worked in healthcare, high-tech, and industrial marketing before she resigned her employee status to become an full time entrepreneur. She ran Salt Advertising Services, an advertising specialty and design company, until moving back to Northern Illinois in 2011 - a move documented in her blog turnsoutyoucangohomeagain.weebly.com

In addition to freelance writing and graphic design, Maria began working on the design and creation of an innovative dog walking system as well as writing her first novel. "Ruthlessly Aadi," completed in 2013, is available for purchase through Amazon.com. Shortly after she completed her book, she began working as the Director of Community Engagement at her local public radio station, Northern Public Radio – WNIJ and WNIU. Due to some unforeseen complications caused by conflicting healthcare coverage, Maria left NPR and decided to, once again, resign her status as an employee. Much to her delight, her husband, Denny, decided to join her.

In addition to her work at Greenfield Creative, Maria is a part-time instructor at Kishwaukee College. She is active in her community theater, Stage Coach Players, where she most recently had the honor of portraying Vernadette Sims in the 2016 production of "The Dixie Swim Club." Her other roles include the sheriff in "Night of the Living Dead," Lillian Gilbreth in "Cheaper by the Dozen," and Mrs. Cratchit in "A Christmas Carol."

Maria and Denny also foster dogs for a local rescue, Rover Rescue. To date they have fostered and placed over 50 rescued dogs.

Maria creates. She creates plans, stories, art, communities - whatever needs to come into the world to fulfill a need. It is what makes her happy, it is what she loves, and it is this enthusiasm and passion for creativity that is the foundation upon which Greenfield Creative has been built.

Denny Boynton has lived the life and career of someone who didn't start off a plan, which is ironic because he started with a very specific plan, but sometimes life happens.

After earning his Master's Degree in English Renaissance Literature and marrying the love of his life, he did what all English majors do: He learned to develop software. It started with his first job as a technical writer for a pension fund in Oak Brook, Illinois converting their many thousands of pages of system documentation to electronic documents hosted in the fund's first intranet. From there, he did freelance software development and design for several years, as well as working with several small software companies in the Chicagoland area. In 2001, he hit what would turn out to be a career-changing opportunity.

Denny and his young family moved to St. Louis so he could work for Busch Entertainment Corporation, the division of Anheuser-Busch that, at the time, owned Sea World and Busch Gardens. Denny worked on multiple systems in his time at BEC, including admission and ticketing, e-commerce, credit card processing, and in-park point-of-sale systems. He was also on the team that successfully implemented the worlds first hand geometry biometric reader on a turnstile to validate season ticket holders' identity.

After a few years, Denny took on a new role within Anheuser-Busch on the Enterprise Architecture team where he quickly became the Technical Lead for all Microsoft-based technologies at A-B and its subsidiary companies. In this role, he was also charged with helping to define and enforce development best practices for Microsoft's burgeoning .NET technology, as well as guiding the organization into adopting a service-oriented architecture for all internal systems.

It was in this role that Denny began working with a Technical Evangelist from Microsoft, and the next chapter of his life opened.

In 2006, Denny was hired by Microsoft to be a Senior Technical Evangelist, a position that would teach him to stay at the forefront of technology and travel the world telling software developers, architects and senior business leaders about how these technologies could benefit them and their businesses. Denny remained in this role until July of 2016 when he decided to look at how he could take his close to twenty years of experience and passion for writing, public speaking, photography and video production, and developing software with some of the biggest companies in the world, and do something really innovative and fun.

Thus was born Greenfield Creative. Greenfield Creative is the perfect outlet for Denny's creative and technical aspirations. He is excited to work with clients of all sizes and segments to help them reach their financial and professional goals. And the fact that he gets to work every day with the love of his life isn't bad either.

Jaclyn Cox is the newest addition to the Greenfield Creative team. Hired as an Account Executive, Jaclyn focuses on the sale of promotional products and apparel. She is very passionate about working with people over the long-term and building lasting mutually beneficial relationships.

A recent graduate of Northern Illinois University, where she received her Bachelor's Degree in Corporate Communications, Jaclyn brings a high level of professionalism and energy to Greenfield Creative. Her "client-first" approach to everything she does helps her to not only service our clients today, but also to build relationships that last years.

Jaclyn lives in DeKalb, Illinois, with her soon-to-be-husband, Joshua. They are set to be married in the summer of 2017. She is an animal lover and is obsessed with her favorite canine, Benny. In her off-time, she love to play with Benny and spend time with her family and friends.
